Terms & Conditions
1. This application does not guarantee the student a position in the academy.
2. The enrolment process involves a student interview and a meeting with one of the parents.
3. Upon acceptance of the enrolment offer, payment must be made within two weeks to secure a position.
4. The student must abide by the academy's policies and procedures.
5. Continued enrolment is at the absolute discretion of the academy.
6. Continued enrolment is subject to many criteria including, but not limited to, the student’s academic performance, attendance, behavior, payment of academy’s fees and the continued support of the parents.
7. Academy's fees are to be paid within the first two weeks of each term and term fee is $700.
8. A book fee is to be paid yearly. This fee covers the cost of textbooks and exercise books for the student. This fee is not refundable.
9. I agree to give ten weeks’ notice in writing to the academy before withdrawing my child. I understand that a full term’s fees will be charged in the event of insufficient notice.
10. I hereby declare all information given in this application to be true. False information will lead to a termination of application and/or enrollment.
